I remember a couple that got married and couldn't immediately have children because the wife had cancer, she had to be in treatment for years and then wait the after effects out for some more. When she finally got better she was close to 40 and the doctor told her if she got pregnant it would be a risky one. They went for it anyways, and got pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl. One very careful and cautious pregnancy later, they thankfully had their 2 healthy babies, happier than ever. The kids are like 12 now :)

Didn't know you got back together or disbanded again but I just watched a few videos of you in 2016. Then I got curious and found an old track called That's OK, which is a banger. I guess it was supposed to be a single before your 2nd album got shelved. I think there is a place for Dream in 2021. People are hugely nostalgic about your first album, and you all look and sound good together. The outfits were a bit much but whatever, you all looked great. I think you should look for other opportunities to do shows like those, and wait until the right song comes to you. When people realize you are a thing again, and sound good, I bet some writers and producers would start reaching out. I just think whatever you did in 2016 got overlooked in a huge way. I just showed my friend this tour video and she had a reaction like mine. I can tell you all did your best in 2016, with interviews and acoustic performances that maybe should have got noticed. I say do it again. One of you should also be reaching out to Carlos King, the producer of BETs The Encore, a new show about former girl group members. I'm pretty sure BET wants a second season. You guys are tied to Diddy and your songs were (and still are) BOPs. Hit him up. Also find Fallon and Felisha king (of the girl group Cherish). Those girls will write and produce you girls soooooo nicely. Sorry if this is long winded, but as a libra I am feeling a real injustice in the way Dream's music legacy is at this point. Shit I'm about to hit my friend up and see if we can have fun in the studio trying to make a song you girls could sound amazing on. And again, That's OK is a dope ass song and melody and if you ever tour again, do that song. I will find Diddy or the Underdogs myself and make sure you get clearance lol. I'm drunk. God bless.

As far as the unmentioned "details," a translation: Holly, who sang most of the leads for the group, is content with her non-music-focused life as a wife and mom and doesn't feel the need to pursue music professionally any longer (and all the headaches that come with it), but her stepping aside makes for a complicated situation, since her voice was the dominant one on the recordings. Is a group still a group if the lead singer is missing? One could argue both sides of the coin. There are several mega-successful groups who had different lead singers at various points--e.g., Genesis, Van Halen, Chicago--so it's not impossible to pull off, but sometimes it doesn't pan out so well. The Supremes, the most successful girl group of all time, managed to score only two more Top Ten hits once Diana Ross was out the door. I hope all the women of Dream continue to sing in some form so their talent can continue to shine.
